Shipping and delivery

Below you will find a table with shipping costs and delivery times per country, from placing an order to delivery to your door. The transit times are indicative and based on the average figures according to our experience.

Please note:
November and December are busy months due to holiday shopping, which may lead to longer delivery times.
We will do our utmost to keep everything running smoothly and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
In November and December 2024, we expect an additional average delivery time of 1-2 working days.

We will be closed from December 24, 2024, through January 3, 2025.
Orders, customer service inquiries, and claims received during this period will be processed starting January 6, 2025.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee rush deliveries (priority).

We aim to ship orders placed by Friday, December 20, by Monday, December 23, but we cannot guarantee this with certainty.

*Except for some islands and remote areas, such as Corsica, Sicilly; the Balearic, the Aegean Isles, etc. These rates/times are available upon request.

Deliveries within Europe
For most countries in the European mainland, we use DPD for delivery. We choose DPD for shipping because they take responsibility for the environment and society in their operations.

Deliveries outside mainland Europe
To some countries outside the European mainland (such as Cyprus, Malta, the Canary Islands, Réunion) and exception areas (e.g. Andorra, San Marino), our delivery is handled by Federal Express. FedEx offers favourable package prices and a good service. However, the price depends on the country, postal code, and volume of the package. After you place your order, you will receive a quote for the shipment costs. If you agree, you can pay the shipping costs and the shipment will be initiated.

Deliveries to the United Kingdom
For shipping to the UK we use the services of DHL. Due to UK tax legislation and our administrative system, we can only deliver your order if we have both your VAT and EORI numbers.

• Minimum order amount is €300
• Orders with a lower value will be cancelled and refunded
• No shipping costs from €500
• VAT, import duties and administrative fees will be charged in the UK
   

Additional Shipping Costs for Volume Goods
For volume goods and deliveries with price agreements, additional freight costs may be calculated. This will always be discussed with you first.
 

Additional Information for Shipping with DPD
For most countries within Europe, we use the predict service with DPD. When your order is picked up by DPD from us, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking numbers of your order and a link to track the packages. The day before delivery, you will receive an email from DPD stating that the package will be delivered the next business day. On the day of delivery, you will receive the predict notification, an email in the language of the delivery country with the information on the 1-hour*** time window during which the delivery will be made. Through the live tracking system, you can closely follow your package. If the delivery option/time does not suit you, you have the following 4 options:

- Select a different delivery date
- Select a different delivery address
- Delivery at a Pickup parcel shop
- Permission to leave the package at a safe place

If, due to circumstances, you are still unable to receive the package, DPD will offer the package one more time. You again have the same 4 options to receive your package.

***The 1-hour time window applies to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia. For Austria and Romania, a 2-hour time window applies. For other European countries, DPD does not yet provide the predict service. Those customers will receive an email with which they can track the package and see where the shipment is (track & trace).

You can also use the MyDPD app for customers. This app for receiving customers provides greater convenience and a better customer experience.
