Deliveries within Europe
We usually send parcels within mainland Europe with DPD. In some countries, such as Switzerland, Serbia and Norway, we use FedEx or UPS. We do this because customs clearance is generally faster with these carriers. This means your parcel will arrive sooner. In other countries, we choose DPD because it offers good rates, fast delivery in specific regions and works sustainably.
Deliveries outside mainland Europe
Orders for Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom and Iceland are sent with FedEx or UPS.
We also use FedEx or UPS for other areas outside mainland Europe – such as Cyprus, Malta, the Canary Islands, Réunion, Andorra and San Marino. For these areas, shipping costs are not yet calculated when placing your order. We first pack your order, then determine the shipping costs based on the country, postal code and size of the parcel. You will receive an overview of the shipping costs. Once you approve and payment is completed, we will ship the order.
Surcharges for remote areas
In some countries, there is an extra charge for deliveries to remote areas. This may apply in Spain, Italy, France, Portugal and Sweden. Is your business located in such an area? Please contact our customer service to check whether a surcharge applies and what the amount is.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom
Due to UK tax legislation and our administrative system, we can only deliver your order if we have both your VAT and EORI numbers.
- Minimum order amount is €300
- Orders with a lower value will be cancelled and refunded
- No shipping costs from €500
- VAT, import duties and administrative fees will be charged in the UK
Additional Shipping Costs for Volume Goods
For volume goods and deliveries with price agreements, additional freight costs may be calculated. This will always be discussed with you first.
Additional Information for Shipping with DPD
For most countries within Europe, we use the predict service with DPD. When your order is picked up by DPD from us, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking numbers of your order and a link to track the packages. The day before delivery, you will receive an email from DPD stating that the package will be delivered the next business day. On the day of delivery, you will receive the predict notification, an email in the language of the delivery country with the information on the 1-hour*** time window during which the delivery will be made. Through the live tracking system, you can closely follow your package. If the delivery option/time does not suit you, you have the following 4 options:
- Select a different delivery date
- Select a different delivery address
- Delivery at a Pickup parcel shop
- Permission to leave the package at a safe place
If, due to circumstances, you are still unable to receive the package, DPD will offer the package one more time. You again have the same 4 options to receive your package.
***The 1-hour time window applies to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia. For Austria and Romania, a 2-hour time window applies. For other European countries, DPD does not yet provide the predict service. Those customers will receive an email with which they can track the package and see where the shipment is (track & trace).
