Enquiries, suggestions and/or complaints can be submitted through our Contact form and will be answered via email by Mani Bhadra B.V. - Phoenix Import within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt.

When more time is needed to provide you with an answer, our costumer service will notify you within a maximum of 14 days by sending a report of receipt and an indication of the time needed to answer you in a more elaborate way.
